These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PelotaClub. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PelotaClub.

PelotaClub helps amateur coaches and team organizers create training sessions, share attendance links (including via WhatsApp), and see who is coming, not coming, or late. Features may change as we improve the product.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Do not use PelotaClub for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not upload content you lack rights to share or that violates others' privacy.
• You are responsible for player data you collect and for complying with applicable laws when coordinating teams.

We strive for reliable uptime but provide PelotaClub on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PelotaClub is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty euros (€50), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using PelotaClub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise. Courts in Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
